About 21 kilometers from JY Square Cebu City is a coffee shop on the mountain at Cantipla.
Enjoy the cool mountains while sipping a specialty coffee served in a unique glass container. Specialty Coffee according to wikipedia refers to the whole process from farmer to cup using single origin coffee. It refers to the way the coffee is roasted and how it is extracted. "Specialty coffee" was first used in 1974 by Erna Knutsen in an issue of Tea & Coffee Trade Journal. Knutsen used this term to describe beans of the best flavor which are produced in special microclimates. This cafe is owned and managed by the humble and friendly Mr. Jumbo and his partner.
Jumbo is not just into the business of selling coffee but also educates coffee lovers interested in growing coffee to roasting coffee beans until brewing it perfectly.
