Cul-de-Sac
Have you tried driving or just strolling around and you end up on a dead end? Dead ends are situations in which further progress is impossible. But not at all. You can either do a u-turn or make a stop. Today, I did a stop at a dead end, a Cul-de-Sac.
There is such a place, a restaurant, an old café that seems to be out of my radar these days. But my sister knows this place and recommended it only after I asked for suggestion where to eat and celebrate mother's day.
I always love to go to food places that are secluded because I enjoy the silence and can focus on enjoying the food with my companion, friends and family. This Cul-de-Sac old café reminded me of a restaurant within a house in Tai, Tamano City in Japan. Situated in a village or a subdivision away from the busy street of Banilad, Cebu City.
Cul-de-Sac is not really that hidden. When you enter Sto. Niño Village, make a right turn at Maya Street and then go straight until you reach the dead end. Below are some photos. Enjoy! By the way, I have manage to remember to take a photo of their menu.
This is what I ordered.

More orders!

The complimentary pumpkin soup and homemade ice cream is truly worth a compliment.

.
I always love double shot cappuccino and this one is my new addition.

Their Menu. Price is right for a big serving of each order!
