Cafe 1030
What do you call a day that is close to come what May? The month of May! Indeed. I was driving to Rose Pharmacy, Talamban doing some errands for my papa and mama. It was a steaming afternoon and I was so thirsty not for a cold drink but for a hot coffee. Thinking about where to have some coffee, I headed to Talamban Public Market to checkout a viand that my papa ordered me to buy for his dinner at the hospital where my mama was confined. Out of the blue, came Cafe 1030. So I want to blog about this. Even if I feel sluggish now, wanting to sleep but my fingers can't stop heating, hating, hitting the keyboard, I mean. I told you I'm not awake. Lol. I just had fortywinks and I'm still dizzy. So this cafe is located along L. Leyson, Talamban Rd, Cebu City, Cebu. Its proximate landmark is the Gaisano Grand Mall Talamban. The number 1030 of this cafe comes from the owner's birth date 1030 or October 30. The year is a mystery. Awooooooo.

Tried white choco, cappuccino and pork belly meal.
So what do I think about this cafe? Customer service - fair, coffee/food taste - fair, price - fair, waiting time - fair. And if this cafe had a plaza, I would still say fair! as in Plaza Fair! Plaza Fair, a very famous store at Colon Street, Cebu City during my childhood days.
Why fair? Every cafe is unique and business owners are doing their best to improve their business. Today is not the same as yesterday and tomorrow is always a day away (the sun will come out tomorrow...). The one who serves you well today, may not be the same person who serves another customer with excellence tomorrow. And if you worry about tomorrow, don't be! because it is already today in Australia!
